Programmes focusing on culture in the Netherlands. We take young viewers – and their parents, – very seriously. We inform and entertain. And we approach everyone in a mature way, including children and teenagers. Online we have a long history of realizing innovative projects that all have the goal to stimulate children to explore the world and their own lives.

Over the last ten years NTR has been producing beautiful cross media series and I feel honored to be able to do new media strategy for these series.

We always try to activate children to explore their own world, and this is what I also like about POSCON; it makes us explore our own working field. It is good to develop an European vision on how to stimulate producers to make positive content. And it’s good to discuss the conditions that make families to use the internet in a safe and inspiring way. On a personal level I also find it very useful to learn from all the other participating countries.
