Tomorrow’s Child is a unique research and media company specializing in children, youth and family.

Tomorrow’s Child works with clients from across Europe to ensure that their media proposition for children is developmentally correct, engages the young developing brain in the best way possible and offers an active experience. Jacqueline Harding continues to act as advisor to the BBC and other broadcasters regarding baby and child film production. She is internationally known as a leading child development expert, with extensive experience of advising programme makers, web and interactive media designers how to match content to the needs of the developing child.

www.parentchannel.tv is their brain child and was funded by UK government –they have made over 200 films about parenting.

What is your / your institution´s interest /objective for being part of POSCON?

We believe that all children have a right to quality media and that there is a need to provide criteria and guidance to every interested party-from parents to producers through to educators and government officials.

 

What is your / your institution´s interest regarding positive content in general?

We research children’s media content worldwide.

 

What are your wishes regarding positive content and services for children?

My vision is that robust, reliable and realistic guidance is in place for all who need it and that this work continues to keep pace with changes in the digital landscape.
