The University of Navarra was founded in 1952 in Pamplona with a Christian inspiration. Its School of Communication was Spain's first school to offer Communication Studies at university level in 1958. Since then its goal has been to be a reference in the definition of the role of communication in society through research and a wide academic offer.

What is your / your institution´s interest /objective for being part of POSCON?
I believe that the internet is an established venue for communication. Children are using this space to learn and to communicate with others. Contributing to the debate on how to improve the level of the contents available to them is a strong motivation.
What is your / your institution´s interest regarding positive content in general?
In the last years I have been involved in several research projects and international scope dealing with children, teenagers and ICTs. The lack of good content has arisen as a common trend. Besides that, from the communication industry point of view it is interesting to offer them advice and ideas on how to develop better content for this target grou.
What are your wishes regarding positive content and services for children?
I would like to find a way to assure children and their parents can easily locate funny, safe and entertaining content when they are surfing the net. I really think to make the content easy to find is as important as doing it.
